Este pinar es un lugar bendito ya que estos pinos es lo que queda de
una plantación realizada por niños de Primera Comunión y bendecidos hace muchos
años en tiempos del abuelo de Conchita, por ello fue también escogido por
Nuestra Señora como lugar de su especial predilección, bendito con su
presencia.
This pine grove is a holy place. It was planted by some children who were making their First Communion and it was blessed many years ago, during the lifetime of Conchita’s grandfather. As a result, it was chosen by Our Lady as a place of special partiality, blessed with her presence.
Acá fue donde el Padre Luis María Andréu vio el Milagro profetizado.
Este pinar está en un altozano desde donde se ve un hermoso paisaje y el pueblo
de San Sebastián de Garabandal. Nuestra Señora dijo que, después del Milagro,
quedará una señal permanente y sobrenatural en este lugar.
This was where Fr. Luís María Andréu saw the prophesized Miracle. This pine grove is located high on the mountain, from which one can see beautiful countryside and the village of San Sebastián de Garabandal. Our Lady said that after the Miracle, a permanent and supernatural sign would remain in this location.

una Aparición, el 1 de enero de 1965, estando Conchita sola en los Pinos, la
Virgen María le habló del AVISO que va a venir.

Conchita
In an Apparition on January 1, 1965, Conchita was alone at the Pines and the Virgin Mary spoke of the Warning that is going to come.
Escribió
sobre ello el 19 junio de 1965 al P. Laffineur que estaba en casa de Conchita
en Garabandal con motivo del segundo mensaje recibido el día anterior, el 18 de Junio
de 1965.
She wrote about it on June 19, 1965 to Fr. Laffineur, who was in Conchita’s house in Garabandal. She did this because of the second message, which was received the day before, on June 18, 1965.
Dice
así el escrito:
“El
Aviso que la Virgen nos va a mandar. Será como un castigo, para acercar a los
buenos aun mas a Dios y para advertir a los otros que o se convierten o tendrán
su merecido. En que consiste el aviso no lo voy a revelar. La Virgen no me habló
que lo dijera."
The writing says this:
“The Warning that the Virgin is going to send us. It will be like a punishment to bring the good closer to God and to warn the others to convert or they will get what they deserve. I will not reveal what the Warning will be. The Virgin did not say that I could tell."
¡Dios quiera que, gracias al aviso, nos enmendemos y cometamos menos
pecados contra El!”
Estando todavía Conchita bajo la impresión del contenido del Aviso,
Conchita se lo dice a su tía y madrina Maximina quien dice:
“Me dijo que íbamos a sufrir cualquier día un desastre horrible en todas las
partes del mundo. De esto ya no nos salva nada. Los buenos para acercarlos mas
a Dios. Los malos para que se enmienden. Dice que es preferible morirse a
sufrir cinco minutos solo esto que nos va a venir. Dice que es horrible, que es
cosa claramente del cielo. Lo sufrirán en todas la partes del mundo. También le
dijo la Virgen que cuando suframos este castigo que no lo sintamos por nuestros
dolores y penas, sino que lo suframos todo por amor a su Hijo por lo muy
ofendido que le tenemos, porque no nos figuramos lo ofendido que tenemos al
Señor.
May God will it that as a result of the Warning, we amend our lives and commit fewer sins against Him!”
Conchita was still very impressed by the contents of the Warning, Conchita tells it to her aunt and godmother Maximina who says:
“She told me that we were going to suffer a horrible disaster in all parts of the world that day. No one will be saved from this. It is so the good will come closer to God. The bad will amend their lives. She says that it is preferable to die than to suffer five minutes of what is going to come to us. She says that it is horrible, that it is something which is clearly from Heaven. People will suffer it in all parts of the world. The Virgin also told her that when we suffer this punishment, we will not feel our own pain and suffering, but that what we suffer will be for the love of Her Son who is very offended by what we have done to him because we don’t realize how we have offended the Lord.
¡Qué
horrorosísimo tiene que ser, si yo lo pudiera decir como Conchita me lo dijo
que, si no supiera del Castigo, qué mayor castigo que este!.”
Conchita
miraba por entonces al firmamento porque el Aviso viene antes del Milagro para
purificarnos y se ve primero en el firmamento como una señal celeste que Dios
nos envía y que después pasa a nuestro interior.
How horrible it will be, I can say this because of what Conchita told me; I know about the Punishment, what a great punishment it is!”
Conchita looked at the firmament then because the Warning comes before the Miracle to purify us. We will first see a celestial sign in the firmament that God will send us; it will pass into our interior.

P. ¿Será el Aviso algo visible o algo que sentiremos interiormente, o
ambas cosas?
R. El Aviso es algo que viene directamente de Dios y podrá verse en
todo el mundo, dondequiera que uno esté.
P. ¿Revelará el Aviso los pecados de cada uno en el mundo, sea cual
fuere su fe, e incluso a los ateos?
R. Sí, el Aviso será como una revelación de nuestros pecados, y será
visto y experimentado tanto por creyentes como por no creyentes y por personas
de todas las religiones.
P. ¿Es verdad que el Aviso hará que muchas personas recuerden a los muertos?
R. El Aviso es como una purificación para prepararse para el Milagro.
Es también una especie de catástrofe. Hará que pensemos en los muertos, es
decir, que preferiremos estar muertos antes que experimentar la vivencia del
Aviso.
P. ¿Reconocerá y aceptará el mundo el Aviso como señal directamente
enviada por Dios?
R. Sin duda; por eso creo que es imposible que el mundo esté tan
endurecido que no cambie.

Q: Will the Warning be something visible or something that we will feel within, or both?
R. The Warning is something that comes directly from God and it will be seen in the whole world, wherever one is.
Q: Will the Warning reveal the sins of each person in the world, no matter what their faith is, including the atheists?
R. Yes, the Warning will be like a revelation of our sins. It will be seen and experienced by believers as well and non-believers and by people of all religions.
Q: Is it true that the Warning will make many people remember the dead?
R. The Warning is like a purification to prepare us for the Miracle. It is also a type of catastrophe. It will make us think about the dead, that is to say, we would prefer to be dead rather than experience the Warning.
Q: Will the world recognize and accept the Warning as a direct sign sent by God?
R. Without a doubt. It is because of this that I believe it is impossible for the world to be so hardened that it does not change.

P. Algunas personas dicen que posiblemente el Aviso sea un fenómeno
natural, pero que Dios se valdrá de él para dirigirse a la humanidad. ¿Es esto
cierto?
R. El Aviso es algo sobrenatural que la ciencia no podrá explicar.
Podrá verse y sentirse.
P. Conchita ¿puedes explicar la afirmación de que durante el Aviso nos
conoceremos a nosotros mismos y los pecados que hemos cometido?
R. El Aviso será la corrección de la conciencia del mundo.
P. ¿Y qué puedes decirnos de las muchas personas que no conocen a
Cristo; cómo comprenderán ellas el Aviso?
R. Los que no conocen a Cristo (los que no son cristianos), creerán
que es un Aviso de Dios.

Q: Some people say that the Warning will possibly be a natural phenomenon, but that God will make use of it and direct it towards humanity. Is this true?
R. The Warning is something supernatural that science cannot explain. It will be seen and felt.
Q: Conchita, can you explain the affirmation that during the Warning we will know ourselves and the sins we have committed?
R. The Warning will correct the conscience of the world.
Q: And can you tell us about the many people who do not know Christ; how will they understand the Warning?
R. Those who do not know Christ (those who are not Christians) will believe that it is a warning from God.

¿Qué ocurrirá el día del Aviso?
R.
Lo más importante de ese día es que todas las personas del mundo verán una
señal, una gracia o un castigo en el interior de sí mismas, en otras palabras,
un Aviso. Se hallarán completamente solos en el mundo en ese momento,
independientemente de donde estén, a solas con su conciencia y ante Dios. Verán
entonces todos sus pecados y lo que sus pecados han provocado.
P.
¿Lo sentiremos todos al mismo tiempo?
R.
Sí, al mismo tiempo.
P.
¿Cuánto durará: media hora, una hora?
R.
Sinceramente, no lo sé. Creo que cinco minutos serían suficientes.
P. ¿Cómo lo sentiremos?
R. Todos lo sentiremos de distinto modo porque dependerá de la
conciencia de cada uno. El Aviso será muy personal, por ello todos
reaccionaremos de distinto modo. Lo más importante ha de ser reconocer nuestros
propios pecados y sus funestas consecuencias. Tendrás una visión del Aviso
distinta de la mía, porque tus pecados son distintos de los míos.
P. ¿Me sucederá algo por causa de mis pecados? Quiero decir, ¿sufriré
daños físicos por causa de mis pecados?
R.
No, a menos que sea consecuencia de la impresión producida, por ejemplo, un
ataque al corazón.
P.
Es decir que no causará daños físicos sino que consistirá en comparecer ante
Dios, solo con mis pecados. ¿Y mis buenas acciones, las veré también?
R.
No. Será sólo un Aviso para ver las consecuencias de nuestros pecados. Será
también como una purificación antes del Milagro, para ver si con el Aviso y el
Milagro nos convertimos.
P.
Entonces ¿este Aviso puede producirse en cualquier momento?
R.
Sí, pero no sé en qué fecha ocurrirá.

Q: What will happen the day of the Warning?
R. The most important thing about this day is that all people in the world will see a sign, a grace, or a punishment inside themselves, in other words, a Warning. They will find themselves completely alone in the world in this moment, independent of where they are, alone with their consciences and before God. Everyone will see their sins and what their sins have caused.
Q: Will we feel it at the same time?
R. Yes, at the same time.
Q: How long will it last: half an hour, an hour?
R. Honestly, I don’t know. I think five minutes would be sufficient.
Q: How will we feel it?
R. We will all feel it differently depending on the consciences of each of us. The Warning will be very personal, so we will all react to it in a different way. The most important thing is that we will recognize our own sins and their disastrous consequences. Your vision of the Warning will be different from mine, because your sins are different from mine.
Q: Will anything happen to me because of my sins?
R. No, unless it were a consequence from the impression produced, like a heart attack.
Q: Do you mean that the Warning will not cause physical harm, but we will appear before God, alone with our sins. Will I see my good actions as well?
R. No. The Warning is so that we can see the consequences of our sins. It will also be a purification before the Miracle, to see if the Warning and the Miracle can convert us.
Q: Then this Warning could happen at any moment?
R. Yes, but I don’t know the day on which it will happen.

¿Cuándo te enteraste por primera vez del Aviso y quién te lo dijo?
R.
Lo único que recuerdo claramente es que fue la Virgen quien me lo dijo.
P.
¿Quisieras repetirnos lo que sabes del Aviso?
R.
Lo que recuerdo ahora es que la Virgen me dijo que antes del Milagro, Dios nos
enviará un Aviso para purificarnos o prepararnos para ver el Milagro, para que
así podamos recibir la gracia suficiente para cambiar nuestras vidas y
orientarlas hacia Dios. Me dijo en qué consistiría el Aviso, pero no la fecha.
No me está permitido decir en qué consiste, pero sí puedo decir cómo será más o
menos. Es un fenómeno que será visto y sentido en todas partes del mundo;
siempre pongo por ejemplo dos estrellas que chocan entre sí. Este fenómeno no
producirá daño físico pero nos espantará, porque en ese preciso instante
veremos nuestras almas y el daño que hemos hecho. Será como si estuviéramos
agonizando, pero no moriremos por sus efectos, aunque es posible que muramos de
miedo o por la impresión de vernos a nosotros mismos. Que la Virgen me perdone
si no lo he explicado tal como es, pero intento decirle, con arreglo a lo que
sé, cómo será el Aviso ese día.
P.
¿"Viste algo u oíste hablar" acerca del Aviso?
R.
La Virgen me habló de su llegada.
P.
¿Si el Aviso sólo dura unos minutos, lo recordará el mundo como algo procedente
de Dios o parecerá simplemente un sueño o una ilusión?
R.
Nunca he dicho que el Aviso dure sólo un instante. Lo que he dicho es que
aunque sea un momento, será muy impresionante y terrible. Nadie tendrá la menor
duda de que procede de Dios y que no se trata de algo humano. Yo, que sé en qué
consiste, temo mucho ese día.
P.
Hace ya muchos años nos dijiste que el suceso que acompañará al Aviso comienza
con la letra "A". Puesto que Nuestra Señora nunca te prohibió
revelarlo, ¿podrías decirlo ahora?
R.
No lo prohibió, pero no sé por qué no lo he dicho y me parece que no debo
decirlo ahora.
P.
En cierta ocasión dijiste al padre Marcelino Andréu: "Cuando se vea el
Aviso, se sabrá que hemos llegado al final de los tiempos". ¿Puedes
explicamos qué quisiste decir?
R.
La Virgen nos dijo que el Aviso y el Milagro serán las últimas advertencias o
acontecimientos públicos que nos dará Dios. Por ello creo que después nos
encontraremos cerca del fin de los tiempos.
P.
¿Tienes algún consejo que dar a la gente para que se prepare para este suceso?
R.
Siempre debemos estar preparados, de modo que haya paz en nuestras almas y no nos
aferremos tanto a las cosas de este mundo. En lugar de ello, debemos pensar con
mucha frecuencia que estamos aquí para ir al cielo y ser santos.

Q: When did you first learn about the Warning and who told you?
R. The only thing I remember clearly is that it was the Virgin who told me.
Q: Do you want to repeat to us what you know about the Warning?
R. What I remember now is that the Virgin told me that before the Miracle, God will send us a Warning to purify us or prepare us to see the Miracle so that we can receive sufficient grace to change our lives and direct ourselves towards God. She told me what the Warning will be, but not the date. I am not allowed to say what it will be, but I can say how it will be, more or less. It is a phenomenon that will be seen and felt in all parts of the world; the example that I always give, is like two stars that collide. This phenomenon will not produce physical damage, but it will frighten us because at that precise instant we will see our souls and the harm we have done. It will be agonizing, but we will not die as a result of its effects, although it is possible that we will die of fear or from the shock of seeing ourselves like this. I hope that the Virgin forgives me if I have not explained everything as it is, but I have tried to say it correctly from what I know of how the Warning will be that day.
Q: “Did you see or hear someone speak” anything regarding the Warning?
R. The Virgin told me about its arrival.
Q: If the Warning will only last a few minutes, will the world remember it as something coming from God, or will it seem to be simply a dream or an illusion?
R. I have never said that the Warning will only last an instant. What I said is that even if it is a moment, it will be very impressive and terrible. No one will have the least doubt that it comes from God because it is not like something human. Since I know what it will be, I am very afraid of this day.
Q: Many years have passed since you told us that the event that will accompany the Warning will begin with the letter “A.” Since Our Lady didn’t prohibit you from revealing it, could you tell us now?
R. She didn’t prohibit it, but I don’t know I have not said it, and it seems to me that I shouldn’t tell it now.
Q: On a certain occasion you told Fr. Marcelino Andreu: “When you see the Warning, you will know that we have arrived at the End Times.” Can you explain what you meant?
R. The Virgin told us that the Warning and the Miracle will be the last public events or warnings that God will give us. Because of this, I believe that after this, we will find ourselves near the End of the Times.
Q: Do you have any advice to give to the people so that they can prepare for this event?
R. We should always be prepared. There should be peace in our souls, and we should not cling to things of this world. In place of that, we should think often about how we are here to go to Heaven and be saints.

R. No, Para mí, es como dos estrellas... que chocan entre si y hacen
un ruido enorme y despiden gran luz pero no se caen. No nos va a herir
físicamente, pero vamos a verlo. En ese momento, veremos nuestra conciencia.
Veremos todo lo malo de nuestras acciones.
P. ¿Vamos a ver todo lo malo de nuestras acciones?
R. Sí, y también veremos el bien que hemos dejado de hacer.

Q: Will the Warning injure us or harm us?
R. No. For me, it is like two stars that collide and make an enormous noise and a great light but they will not fall. It will not hurt us physically, but we are going to see it. In this moment, we will see our consciences. We will see all of the bad that has happened because of our actions.
Q: Are we going to see all of the bad that has happened because of our actions?
R. Yes, and will we also see the good that we have failed to do.

en los próximos años o si está reservado para un futuro más distante?
R. No, no puedo decir nada.
P. ¿Te prohibió la Santísima Virgen hablar del Aviso?
R. No, pero como el Aviso y el Milagro ocurrirán el mismo año,
"el mismo año" significa un período de doce meses, creo en mi
interior que es mejor no decir nada.
P. ¿Cómo sabes que el Aviso y el Milagro ocurrirían el mismo año?*
R. Durante una aparición, no recuerdo exactamente cuándo, la Santísima
Virgen me lo dijo.

R.
La Santísima Virgen me lo dijo durante una aparición.

¿Recibiste toda esta información en una sola aparición o te lo dijo Nuestra
Señora en el transcurso de varias apariciones?
R.
Me lo dijo en una sola aparición. No recuerdo ahora si me habló del Aviso en
otras apariciones.
P.
¿Sabes cuánto tiempo durará el Aviso?
R.
Unos pocos minutos.
P.
¿Tienes miedo del Aviso?
R.
Sí, como todo el mundo, tengo defectos y faltas, y el Aviso me los mostrará.
Eso me atemoriza.

¿Qué más puedes decirnos sobre el Aviso?
R.
Todo cuanto puedo decir es que el día está muy cerca y que es muy importante
que nos preparemos porque será algo terrible. Nos hará conscientes de todo el

Q: You have said that you know the year of the Warning. Can you tell us if it will occur in the next few years or if it is reserved for the more distant future?
R. No, I can’t say anything.
Q: Did the Virgin prohibit you from speaking about the Warning?
R. No, but since the Warning and the Miracle will occur in the same year, “the same year” means a period of twelve months, I believe that it is better not to say anything.
Q: How do you know that the Warning and the Miracle will happen in the same year?
R: During an apparition, I don’t remember exactly when, the Most Holy Virgin told me.
Q: You have said on another occasion that when the Warning occurs everything will stop, even the planes in the sky. Is that true?
R. Yes, but only for a few minutes.
Q: Do you mean that everything will stop in a given moment, and that moment is when the Warning will happen?
R. Yes.
Q: When was this information revealed to you?
R. The Most Holy Virgin told me during an apparition.
Q: Did you receive all of this information in only one apparition, or did Our Lady tell you over a period of time during many apparitions?
R. She told it to me in only one apparition. I don’t remember now if she spoke to me about the Warning in other apparitions.
Q: Do you know how long the Warning will last?
R. A few minutes.
Q: Are you afraid of the Warning?
R. Yes, like the rest of the world, I have defects and faults, and the Warning will show them to me. This frightens me.
Q: What else can you tell us about the Warning?
R. The only other thing I can say is that the day is very near and that it is important for us to prepare because it will be something terrible. We will be made conscious of all of the bad we have done.

R.
Nunca he hablado con Conchita de esas fechas.

Que hagan mucha penitencia, que hagan sacrificios, que visiten al Santísimo

Q: Have you spoken with Conchita about the dates of the Warning and the Miracle, since you already know the year?
R. I have never spoken with Conchita about these dates.
Q: Do you have any advice to give to the people so they can prepare for this event?
R. That they do much penance, make sacrifices, visit the Blessed Sacrament all the days they can, and that they pray the Holy Rosary daily.

P. Ya que tú eres la persona que más sabe acerca del aviso, ¿puedes
decirnos si este acontecimiento ocurrirá antes del Milagro que se nos ha
prometido?
R. Todos lo experimentarán, dondequiera que estén y cualquiera que sea
su condición o su conocimiento de Dios... Será una experiencia personal e
interior. Parecerá como si el mundo se hubiera detenido... pero nadie será
consciente de eso porque todos estarán completamente ensimismados y viviendo su
propia experiencia.
P. Refiriéndonos ahora a la naturaleza del Aviso, ¿cómo vamos a
sentirlo?
R. Va a ser como un sentimiento interno de pena y dolor por haber
ofendido a Dios. Dios nos ayudará a ver claramente el daño que le causamos a Él
y todas nuestras malas acciones. Nos ayudará a sentir este dolor interior
porque muchas veces cuando hacemos algo malo, nos limitamos a pedir Su perdón
de boca para afuera, pero ahora, gracias al Aviso, nos ayudará a sentir
físicamente ese profundo dolor.

Q: Since you are the person who knows the most about the Warning, can you tell us if this event will occur before the Miracle as was promised?
R. Everyone will experience it, wherever they are and whatever their condition or knowledge of God…it will be a personal, internal experience. It will seem as if the world had stopped …but no one will be conscious of this because everyone will be completely focused on themselves and living their own experience.
Q: Now addressing ourselves to the nature of the Warning. How are we going to feel it?
R. It will be like an internal feeling of sorrow and pain because of having offended God. God will help us see clearly the damage that we have caused with our bad actions. He will help us to feel with interior pain because many times when we do something bad, we are limited to asking his pardon on the outside, but now, thanks to the Warning, he will help us feel this deep pain physically.

¿Recuerdas lo que la Santísima Virgen te dijo acerca de la tribulación
comunista que ha de preceder al Aviso?
R.
Parecerá que los comunistas se han apoderado del mundo entero y será muy
difícil practicar la religión, que los sacerdotes puedan decir misa o que el
pueblo pueda abrir las puertas de las iglesias.
P.
¿Es eso lo que querías decir al afirmar que parecerá que la Iglesia ha
desaparecido?
R.
Sí.
P.
¿Será debido a las persecuciones religiosas y no a que la gente deje de
practicar su religión?
R.
Sí, pero supongo que mucha gente dejará de practicar. Quienes la practiquen
tendrá que hacerlo clandestinamente.
P.
¿Ocurrirá únicamente en Europa o también en otros continentes?
R.
No sé, porque en ese momento, Europa era para mí el mundo entero.
Sencillamente, supuse que era así. La Santísima Virgen no especificó el lugar.
A mí me pareció que sería en todas partes.
P.
Hoy en día, el comunismo domina una parte del planeta. ¿Crees que es suficiente
para que se cumpla la profecía de Nuestra Señora?
R.
Sinceramente, no lo sé. A mí me pareció que sería más grave.
P.
Dicho en otras palabras, ¿crees que la situación será peor que ahora?
R.
Eso es lo que creí, basándome en las palabras de la Virgen, pero no lo sé
exactamente en realidad. A mí me pareció más bien que eran todos los países del
mundo, los lugares que vi mentalmente. En muchos países europeos todavía se
puede practicar la religión.
P.
Entonces, ¿la situación mundial no es aún lo bastante mala para que suceda el
Aviso?
R.
No va a ocurrir todavía, así que es probable que las cosas empeoren.
P.
Dijiste que a los sacerdotes les resultaría muy difícil poder decir misa. ¿Te
lo dijo la Santísima Virgen o lo pensaste tú misma, a raíz de la profetizada
tribulación comunista?
R.
Según recuerdo, me lo dijo la Virgen.

¿Y dijo la Virgen que parecería como si la Iglesia hubiera desaparecido ?
R.
Sí.
P. ¿Dijo la Santísima Virgen que el Santo Padre se vería obligado a
marcharse de Roma cuando se produjera el Aviso?
R. No, pero lo que me pareció a mí, tal vez en ese momento confundiera

R. Yes.
Q: Will it be because of the religious persecutions and not because of the people stopping the practice of their religion?
R. Yes, but I suppose many people will stop practicing religion. Those who do practice the faith will have to do it secretly.

Q: Then, the world situation is not yet bad enough for the Warning to happen?
R. It is not going to happen yet because it is probable that things will get worse.
Q: You said that it would very difficult for the priests to say mass. Did the Most Holy Virgin tell you this, or is that something you think yourself because of the prophesized communist tribulation?
R. According to what I remember, the Virgin told me.
Q: And did the Virgin tell you that it would seem like the Church had disappeared?
R. Yes.
Q: Did the Most Holy Virgin say that the Holy Father would
feel obligated to leave
R. No, but what it appeared to me, although in that moment I might have confused in my head what I saw and what the Holy Mother said because so many years have passed, was that the Pope could not openly remain in Rome, do you understand? They will persecute him too and he will have to hide like all the rest.
Q: You said that when the Warning arrives, the planes will stop in the air and all motor vehicles will stop as well. Did the Holy Mother tell you this?
R. She said that everything everywhere would stop for a moment and that everyone would think and we would see ourselves interiorly.
Q: Will there be noises that accompany the Warning, for example, like the wind whistling?
R. As I recall, it was more like an enormous silence, like a sensation of emptiness. Everything was very silent. This is how I saw it.

Q: Can you tell us how the Warning will be?
R. It will be seen in the air first, throughout the whole world, and then it will be transmitted immediately inside our souls. It will last a very short time, but it will seem very long because of the effects it will have inside of us. It will be for the good of our souls, so that we can see inside of ourselves, in our consciences, the good and bad we have done. We will feel a great love towards our celestial Father and Mother and will we ask pardon for all of our offenses.
Q: Will the whole world experience the Warning, regardless of religious beliefs?
R. The Warning is for the whole world, because God wants our salvation. It is to bring us closer to Him and to give us more faith. Consequently, we should prepare for this day and not await it with fear because God does not send us things to cause terror but with justice and love. He does it for the good of his children, so that they reach eternal life and will not be condemned.

Q: You also said that when things were at their worst, the Warning would occur. How do you know this? Did the Virgin tell you or did you see it in a vision?
R. The Virgin said that the Warning would come when the situation was in its worst moment. This did not only refer to the persecution; many people will also stop practicing religion.
Q: When the Warning comes, it will be seen and felt by all of the people on the planet. Does this include small children who have not reached the age of reason?
R. Yes, and because of that, we will feel much sorrow for them, because it will be a terrifying experience.

Además, desde ese momento quedará grabada una señal permanente en los pinos que
todos podrán ver y tocar pero no sentir. No puedo explicarlo.

El día del Milagro, ¿habrá alguna señal extraordinaria no hecha por el hombre?
R.
Sí, y esa señal perdurará hasta la consumación de los siglos.
P.
¿Dijiste que esta señal podrá televisarse y fotografiarse, pero que no podrá
sentirse al tacto?
R.
Será como el humo, que se puede tocar sin palparlo.
P.
Respecto a los enfermos... la Virgen habló de alguien en particular, de un
ciego llamado Joe Lomangino. ¿Qué dijo de él?
R.
Dijo que recobraría la vista el día del Gran Milagro. También habló de un niño
paralítico cuyos padres son de mi pueblo, Garabandal. Este niño también sanará.
Esas son las únicas dos personas de quienes habló.

¿Puedes decirnos algo del padre Luis Andréu?
R.
Sí, Este sacerdote venía a la aldea con frecuencia a ver si las apariciones

son verdaderas". Y al pronunciar estas palabras, murió.

¿No dijo la Virgen que el día del Milagro ocurrirá algo con respecto al padre
Andréu?
R.
Sí. Dijo que el día del Milagro se descubrirá que su cuerpo está incorrupto.

Q: What will happen on the day of the Miracle?
R. I have said all I can, as the Virgin directed me. She told me that God was going to perform a great Miracle and there would be no doubt that it was a Miracle. R. The Virgin said that all those who are present will believe. They will see that it comes directly from God. All of the sinners who are present will convert. Also, from this moment a permanent sign will remain in the Pines that all can see and touch but not feel. I cannot explain it.
Q: The day of the Miracle, will there be an extraordinary sign that is not man-made?
R. Yes, and the sign will remain until the end of time.
Q: Did you say that this sign will be televised and photographed, but that it will not be possible to feel it when it is touched?
R. It will be like smoke; it can be touched without being felt.
Q: With respect to the sick…the Virgin spoke of someone in particular, a blind man named Joe Lomangino. What did she say about him?
R. She said that he would recover his sight on the day of the Great Miracle. She also spoke of a paralyzed child whose parents are from my village, Garabandal. This child will also be healed. These are the only two people she spoke about.
Q: Can you tell us something about Fr. Luis Andreu?
R. Yes, this priest came to the village frequently to see whether the apparitions were true. After a while, he believed in them. On a certain occasion, while we were in ecstasy at the Pines, he began to shout, “Miracle! Miracle! Miracle!” When this happened, the Virgin said: “In this moment, the priest is seeing me and the Miracle that will happen.”
Q: Was Fr. Luis really seeing the Miracle?
R. Yes. That same day, when he was returning home, he told his friends: “This is the happiest day of my life. What a great Mother we have in Heaven! The apparitions are true.” And when he pronounced these words, he died.
Q: Didn’t the Virgin say that on the day of the Miracle, something would happen with respect to Fr. Andreu?
R. Yes. She said that the day of the Miracle his body would be found incorrupt.

el seno de la Iglesia. ¿Te dijo Nuestra Señora en qué consistirá, y puedes
añadir algo a lo que ya has dicho sobre este tema?
R.
Sí, yo sé en qué consiste el acontecimiento. Es un hecho singular en la Iglesia
que ocurre en contadas ocasiones y que nunca ha sucedido en mi vida. No es nada
nuevo ni extraordinario, sencillamente es algo raro, como la definición de un
dogma, algo que afectará a toda la Iglesia. Ocurrirá el mismo día que el
Milagro, pero no como consecuencia de éste sino como coincidencia.
P. ¿Cómo anunciarás el Milagro?
R. No lo sé exactamente. Más concretamente, a medianoche, ocho días
antes del Milagro, llamaré a Joey Lomangino, a la radio, la televisión, y a
todos los que crea que puedan ayudarme a propagar la noticia rápidamente. No
estoy preocupada. Sé que si la Santísima Virgen quiere que uno esté allí, allí
estará.
P. Joey ha dicho que irá a Garabandal inmediatamente después del
Aviso. ¿Sabes cuánto tiempo transcurrirá entre el Aviso y el Milagro?
R. Es buena idea que Joey vaya a Garabandal, pero no sé cuánto tiempo
transcurrirá entre el Aviso y el Milagro.
P. Piensas con frecuencia en el día del Milagro, y esperas, con
impaciencia, que lleguen el Aviso y el Milagro?
R. A veces me parece que están muy lejos y otras que son inminentes.
Me parecen muy cercanos cuando pienso que la gente no responde al Mensaje,
porque después del Milagro es posible que haya un castigo. Lo espero con
impaciencia, si. La Santísima Virgen nunca miente. Para que las palabras de la
Virgen se cumplan, debe producirse el Aviso y el Milagro. Todo constituye un
único mensaje.
P. En las dos ocasiones en que Nuestra Señora te habló de Joey, ¿te
dijo algo más, aparte de la profecía sobre sus ojos (Joey está ciego por causa
de un accidente de trabajo en el que perdió los globos oculares)?
R. Acerca de Joey, todo cuanto recuerdo ahora es que la Santísima Virgen
me dijo que en el momento del Milagro, Joey tendría nuevos ojos y que a partir
de entonces vería permanentemente.

Q: Will you bring your child to the Miracle? (At the time of this interview, Conchita was awaiting her first child. She gave birth to little Conchita, Conchitita, in April).
R. I don’t even know if I’ll go. Of course I want to go, but I don’t know if circumstances will permit. It is not necessary for me to be there for the Miracle to occur.
Q: You have said that the Miracle of Garabandal will coincide with an important event in the Church. Did Our Lady tell you what it would be, and can you add something to what you have already said on this subject?
R. Yes, I know what the event will be. It is an exceptional event in the Church that seldom occurs and has never happened in my lifetime. It is nothing new or extraordinary; it is simply something unusual, like the declaration of a dogma, something that will affect the whole Church. It will occur the same day as the Miracle, but not as a consequence of it; it will be a coincidence.
Q: How will you announce the Miracle?
R. I don’t know exactly. More concretely, at midnight, eight days before the Miracle, I will call Joey Lomangino, the radio stations, the television stations, and all who believe and will help me spread the news quickly. I am not worried. I know that if the Most Holy Virgin wants someone to be there, they will be there.
Q: Joey has said that he will go to Garabandal immediately after the Warning. Do you know how much time will pass between the Warning and the Miracle?
R. It is a good idea for Joey to go to Garabandal, but I don’t know how much time will pass between the Warning and the Miracle.
Q: Do you think about the day of the Miracle frequently, and wait impatiently for the Warning and the Miracle to arrive?
R. Sometimes it seems like they are very far away and other times it seems that they are imminent. They seem very near when I think about how the people do not respond to the Message, because after the Miracle it is possible that there will be a chastisement. I wait impatiently, yes. The Most Holy Virgin never lies. In order that the words of the Virgin are fulfilled, the Warning and the Miracle will come. It all forms part of one unique message.
Q: On the two occasions that Our Lady spoke of Joey, did she tell you anything more other than the prophecy about his eyes (Joey is blind because of a work accident where he lost his eyeballs)?
R. With regard to Joey, all I remember now is that the Most Holy Virgin told me that at the moment of the Miracle, Joey would have new eyes and after that he would see permanently.

R.
Creo que el modo en que se anunciará será otro milagro, porque se trata de una
gran responsabilidad para mí y me va a hacer falta un milagro para decirlo.

Si me encuentro lejos del pueblo, en las montañas, pero puedo ver los pinos,
¿veré claramente el Milagro? Si estoy enfermo, ¿me curaré a esa distancia?
R.
Podrá presenciar el Milagro claramente, y si Dios lo quiere, se curará.

Se ha dicho que en otros lugares se podrá visitar otros Santuarios Marianos y
ser curados ese día. ¿Qué sabes al respecto?
R.
La Virgen no nos dijo nada sobre este particular.
P.
Los que crean firmemente que se producirá el Milagro pero no puedan asistir
debido a sus circunstancias, por ejemplo, por ser sacerdotes y religiosos de
clausura, ¿recibirán alguna gracia especial ese día?
R.
Personalmente, no lo sé. Depende de las personas, de sus deseos, de su fe, de
su sacrificio y obediencia.
P.
¿Dijo Nuestra Señora algo acerca de la gente que piensa estar en Garabandal
varios días antes de que se produzca el Milagro? A muchos les preocupan
cuestiones tales como la provisión de alimentos y medios sanitarios. ¿Tienes
algún comentario que hacer al respecto?
R.
Que lo dejen en las manos de Dios. Que hagan lo que puedan y recuerden que
"Dios hace Milagros".
